WHAT IS PUNT, THROW & KICK?
Punt, Throw & Kick is a football competition that allows children to showcase their talents in punting, passing and place kicking a football with scores based upon distance and accuracy.
WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION?
The popular football competition is for boys and girls from ages 8 to 13.
WHEN AND WHERE IS THE COMPETITION?
The competition sponsored by the Granville Kiwanis will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Granville High School practice football fields located north of the student parking lot at the Granville High School. Children will compete against other children their own age. Separate competitions will be held for each age division.
RULES
Each participant will have two punts, passes and kicks with the competitor’s best efforts counting towards his or her score. Scores are determined by both distance and accuracy. The participant may wear any type of athletic shoe. Cleated shoes are permitted.
REGISTRATION
Preregistration by turning in your completed forms at your school or mailing the forms to the Granville Kiwanis is encouraged. However, you can register at the competition provided your parent or guardian is with you. Entry forms will be available at the competition.
